The criteria didn’t change. It was voted on by Wayfarer users. Anything can get through if it garners enough votes. But if Scopely discovers it (yes, including someone reporting it as not meeting eligibility criteria), then it can and should be removed. It takes evidence though to get something removed so they clearly found that this was on single-family private residential property and is therefore in eligible.
