When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
Wayspot Title: Gedenksteen 1999
Location (lat/lon) : 53.036842,5.655455
Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information) :
Additional Information (if any) :
It shows clearly on streetview on the front facing wall of SFPRP: Google Maps
It can be verified in the national property database: BAG Viewer
It’s kind of shared between two houses
Officially (by law) this space is co-owned, personally I would consider it two SFPRPs
You have to walk through and stand on SFPRP to access this wayspot. I think it’s pedantic to describe this as being eligible because it’s fixed across the boundary of two SFPRPs.
100% agreed. This is far more likely to cause an issue / bad PR / legal problems than an LFL overhanging a public pavement.
A case of the letter of the law completely ignoring the spirit of the law?
iFrankmans:
The wayspot already disappeared, that was a quick appeal, thanks!
