I previously submitted a location edit for the same wayspot- before I was aware of the 10m help chat option.
Said edit proposal (the incorrect one) is now in voting, will it be rendered inactive if my 10m> is accepted? I would hate for it to go through and then get incorrectly placed again.
It is more likely that you wont get a response until working week as there are set staff that respond in this forum.

Im wondering how I can know when my ticket has recieved a response as there doesnt seem to be an email notification system.
Additionally as previously mentioned I do have a wayspot edit for the same wayspot in voting- this was prior to my knowledge of the 10m edits, is there anyway to withdraw this?
Both your Help chat request and the location edit has been resolved. The Wayspot is now at its correct location.

I just check and it looks like the wrong one was accepted… it was suppose to be the help chat ticket but the wayspot edit proposal was taken instead.
Is there any way to reopen the ticket or do I need to submit a new one?

As previously stated it appears the wayspot moved the the wayspot edit proposal spot and not the help ticket spot which would mean its still incorrect.
As per the available SV, the Wayspot is at the correct location. Attempting to move it to manipulate the gameboard is considered abuse and may lead to sanctions on your accounts.
