Ive gotten a few accepted waypoints but they never become pokestops or gym, how is that? We really need gyms and pokestops in my area :frowning:

With the following map I have removed the (Dynamax) Powerspots and the “Not In Game” so you only see… Blue Circles = Pokestops Red Circles = Gyms (I have added arrows to highlight). The 2 Cells (Red Lines) are the Larger L14 cells. As I have had to zoom out the smaller L17 cells are not displaye…

In this area there were a pokestop and 3 waypoints but now they are gone @SlimboyFat71

There are several “Not Used In Game” in this area (White Circles) which is correct as they are in occupied L17 cells. In the past there was a way to get more than 1 to show in each cell by nefarious means but this “should” no longer happen and if it comes to the attention of staff they will “re-Syn…

Just another thought as you said “a pokestop”. Is it possible the 1 that was showing as a stop was removed “No longer there, On School Property” etc, if so when removed 1 of the “Not Used In Game” will have taken it’s place.

There hasent showed up any new pokestops and the ones not in game is also gone, it might haven been removed for the reason you are saying but why is the hole celled cleared of everything? Shouldent one of the others outside of the school become a new stop?

On your picture its the whiter cell down in the Middle

Cell 1 does not show any wayspots either Live or “Not In Game”, if there where any then they have all been removed. Cell 2 includes 1 wayspot but it looks to be 1 of the imports used when Dynamax was new. These do not follow the rules of wayfarer and will not be used to replace Stops / Gyms. [Num…

Hi, i was wondering or anyone knows what a reason a cell is conpletly cleared of pokestop and waypoints? I had one in my area also 1-2 dynamaxstops, but now they are all gone, and cant be showed on the nianticmap either.

It is hard to address this generally, but if the locations were deemed to go against Wayfarer criteria, they could have been reported and removed. Or the property owner could have made a request to Niantic to have them removed. Would you like to give a specific location? GPS coordinates are easiest …

This is OpenStreetMap, as far as I am aware everything shaded in Yellow is School Property.

Wayfarer criteria states…

So even items that are usually easy Accepts, if there are anywhere on school grounds including attached to the boundary fence / wall etc they are ineligible.
