When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

Additional Information (if any): I originally placed the Wayspot in the wrong location at 33.448503,-111.814749 and tried getting the help chat to move it to the right location 33.448834,-111.813893, but it was removed instead of being moved.
I am going to assume that the Wayspot was the “Mural Style” Name Sign.
When you do a Location Edit staff will take a look and make there own decision on where it should be placed.
On this occasion I believe the decision was that the Actual location fails the Single Family Private Residence Property (SFPRP) criteria as it seems to be on the boundary wall.
Welcome to the forum. Did you use help chat to request the location? If so, did you get a reply in the chat box explaining why they removed it instead?
I don’t see what I would call an entrance at either of those pins. The first location is SFPRP, and I am dumbfounded that something would have been approved there. Can you provide a screenshot of what you had submitted? I see a wavy pattern on a brick wall near that pin.
(You do not need to respond to anyone but staff on this appeal. The rest of us are just trying to figure out what happened, and how to make the best case for this appeal, if there is a case to be made that it should be restored.)
This is what I had submitted. The reason it ended up at such a bad location is that when submitting it, the website was lagging on my phone, so where I had originally selected got changed to my current location instead. I had tried using the Wayfarer Support on the submission website, but this was back in April, so I no longer have access to the conversation.
My personal opinion on these neighborhood signs is that they do not meet any of the criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, or be social. Staff have not made a clarification on these. If you are convinced that it does meet criteria and should not have been removed, you can make the case here in your appeal. You did not make that case in the submission. Staff who have the power to make a decision on this appeal will be clearly identified by their user names here.

Is this a statement that you personally feel that these neighborhood signs meet criteria? The OP did not even make a supporting statement for this appeal.
I have dozens and dozens of these I could submit if I thought they met criteria. I don’t. Just trying to pick your brain to see if I should be submitting these.
Regardless of the issues with these entrance signs, the one visible on streetview at 33.448791, -111.813994 is on the boundary of SFPRP and the location given by the OP is inside SFPRP.
