A rejection for “Wayarer criteria” around 20-24 hours after submitting a nomination with an email referencing “our team” usually indicates that this decision was the ML (machine learning ai) model being unable to detect something it understands could be eligible.

I don’t understand what this is that you have submitted, and I don’t see safe pedestrian access for it. Would you like to explain what you were trying to submit?

Looking at your nomination, I don’t know what you submitted, and I wouldn’t be comfortable for a person to be interacting with the Wayspot.

So this submission is a sign for traffic marking where to turn to get to this place? That would not be eligible.

I would suggest you try the building instead, but I am not sure what it is. Being a “safe place” does not make this a place that meets criteria. What is this place? Explain how it meets the criteria from Niantic Wayfarer

Must meet at least one of the three eligibility criteria

  • A great place for exploration
  • A great place for exercise
  • A great place to be social with others
