Why this Wayspot is still available?

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Wayspot Title: Juegos Mandarina //Pista de Tenis Santa Aurelia // Pistas de Pádel Santa Aurelia
  • Location (lat/lon): 37.385510307393226, -5.944724117022588
  • City: Sevilla
  • Country: Spain
  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
  • Additional Information (if any): Those 3 wayspots are allowed in a private residential since years ago, I personally send pict a lot of time and it status never changed even that violates the political of wayspots.

It is unfair for players who do not live within the private area to be unable to play, participate in raids, or enjoy luring those Wayspots.
I request their removal in order to create new Wayspots that comply with the rules and can be enjoyed by all players.

Wayspots are allowed to be on private property, it is only single-family private residential property (SFPRP), farmland, and schools or other property focused on underage people. Being in a space that is gated or has a qualifier to entry does not inherently make a Wayspot ineligible.

I am afraid this is not true. If you look into information below you can find that wayspot doesnt have to be accessible to everyone.

Thanks for the appeal, @Akhenaton! We took another look at the Wayspots in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
