I got to level 35 in pokemon and decided to make a pokestop but when i creted my wayfarer account and had to set my location i didnt think it mattered so i set it in a random place in denmark. I went to create my pokestop but saw it had to be in a 10 mile radius of where my home location was at. Now i cant set a pokestop or change my location can someone help

The location you set as your home matters for reviewing, not for submitting.
The submit range is 10km, not 10 miles, and it is from where you physically are at the time you are trying to submit, not from where you set your home location.
If you need to submit something from farther away than that, you can try the web submit drafts feature. You will need to interact with the draft while at the point of interest to set the pin, but you can then submit the nomination later.

the problem is that the place i am physically at isnt the place it says i am at it is the place i chose 3 days back
That sounds like a problem with the location on your phone, not the setting you chose for wayfarer.
