I do think the abuse ladder should have an impact on the games, otherwise it wouldn’t matter to most people. On the other hand, the current abuse ladder is in my view to steep. I would prefer a 1, 7 and 30 day ban, followed by a 1 year (or more) ban.

I think it would be a great idea if explorers were required to prove they know the rules before they earned the ability to submit in the first place. When I started, there was a test. Then if you pass the test, it confirms you know the rules, so accidentally breaking them would not be an issue.
