Why you are giving me a violation for nominating a new pokestop? it meet all the criteria i follow the guidelines of this game an its hard to put or nominate a new pokestop specially when you are at the rural area, how could i play this game when my area has only one pokestop. All my nomination was not accepted even the area was safe and for public use, even the popular store in my place are not accepted. Hope to be an explanation.
Welcome to the forum.
The email you received should give you a clear example of the infraction. Would you like to share that here for advice?
Hello and Welcome,
I hope the DM sent by Aaron explains the situation.
The following may sound a bit harsh but the majority of times when we receive posts similar to this “All my wayspots are Rejected even though they meet criteria” the usual answer is usually that they just do not meet criteria.
Whether you are in a Rural area or a City your nominations must encourage at least 1 of the following…
Socialising
Exercising
Exploring
Local stores rarely meet criteria as places that people go to buy stuff unless there is something different.
- Does it include food and drink and somewhere people can sit whilst eating encouraging socialising etc.
Otherwise, does it have unique art such as a Mural?
Popular wayspots in rural areas are official Trail Markers but these can be tricky if they don’t have an official marker.
Have you read the following…

Alternatively, post the general location (DO NOT USE YOUR HOME ADDRESS) and people will scour the maps and make suggestions. Some location just don’t have anything eligible but it is rare.
Good Luck
Moving a correct wayspot 200m for game manipulation sounds like a reasonable reason for a 30 day suspension.
And also has nothing to do with the OP…
200 metres away from the correct location is a significant distance. You agreed to the Terms of Service when you signed up for both Pokémon Go and Wayfarer, and the wayfarer rules clearly state that locations need to be accurate. 200 metres is not accurate, and as you seem to admit to doing it deliberately, that’s why you’ve been hit with a suspension.
If anything, I’d consider yourself lucky that it’s only a 30 day suspension and not a 10 year one, given the fact that you admit it was deliberate abuse, and that your attitude to other wayfarers and staff on this forum has been less than pleasant. Please try to be more respectful and reflect on what you have done.
Let’s not digress from the original wayfinders post please.
I spotted this in a previous edit to this post and thought I’d bring it up in case it’s helpful for OP (or other users reading the thread) with future nominations.
The photos in the previous edit all feature watermarks from the camera used. This would render the photos themselves ineligible if used for the wayspot image. That would lead to the submissions being rejected on the grounds of the image alone. If OP decides to submit in the future, they should crop the watermark from the image, or disable it in the camera settings to resolve this issue.
note 1: I am not making any comment broader than on the eligibility of the photos themselves. This is not a comment on if the objects themselves are eligible.
note 2: If it is a social faux pas to comment on previous edits to posts, then I apologise, and feel free to remove the comment.
