(I do not see anything with this exact title, or at these exact coordinates, fwiw.)
As @cyndiepooh said, to be in this section, your appeal would need evidence of a rejected takedown request. I have moved this to General Discussion in the meantime.
As a side note, what you are describing is almost certainly a Pokéstop or PowerSpot import. (Your coordinates are truncated so we cannot verify more precisely.) Pokéstop imports were added to specific regions (including Turkey) in an automated way in order to augment community-nominated ones. They often derive from otherwise ineligible businesses and are not subject to the same criteria as community nominated wayspots, so most likely you are not going to be able to request its removal on the grounds of “it is a generic business”.
Please see here some details about imports. This is about PowerSpots, but the same logic applies to Pokéstop inports made to the Turkey map. Hope this clarifies.
I found that a google search for it did take me to a marker here with three reviews from 8 years ago.
Streetview history suggests the entire building was torn down and rebuilt less than 8 years ago, so iIwould be looking to report it as not existing.
