Nevermind thanks

Nevermind I have it thanks

Do you have rejection email for removal request?

This section is for appealing rejected removal request

In order to succesfully submit removal request, you need to provide evidence that this wayspot is really gone. People cant just trust your words as it is. People need proof. Is it visible from street view ? if its not, then you need to proof it.

Oh sorry, I didn’t know this was if it was already rejected. I did some research and it showed me to come here, but apparently I didn’t dig deep enough. The private property sign is visible from the street. Thank you for you’re time, and if there is anything else I can do to try and remove this waystop that would be helpful.

Private property is not a reason to remove a waypoint unless it is specifically an active farm or single family private residential property (i.e. not shared land).

Any other form of private (commercial, military, residential) is all fine.

So the question becomes: who owns this now?

If you have submit removal request, please find the rejection email and post it here. Scopely cant process appeal if there is no request in the first place

It’s residential now, so a new family

Okay that makes sense, thank you!

Regarding this claim. Reviewer cant really tell if this is true or not unless you take foto from the same position and angle

People will have doubt if its even the same tree. Because we have record of people trying to fabricate evidence to remove wayspot

Okay, then I’ll submit another more accurate and close up photo then

Submit removal request. Include photos, and if you can, any evidence that this is now SFPRP (easier said than done, I appreciate).

If the report is rejected, you can post the rejection details in this forum and ask for a second look.

I will do that thank you! Would I take a photo with the house nearby?

if it’s gone, it’s gone, “sfprp” does not make difference. Maybe there are comments on alltrails that the trail is now closed (if it was a trail to begin with).

tbh the private property sign looks fake too, with 5cm nails, might need better photo

The Kennebec County tax assessor map doesn’t seem to share any specific property information. But it looks like the property is single family prp regardless of the recent sale. Belongs to the smaller home south of the waypoint coordinates given

That’s what I mean, it should be removed because of it. Idk what to do

Sorry, my understanding was that it was gone because the site had become SFPRP. I missed that it was the same tree and the signs had been swapped.

But the map image above might help.

@MatepWorld95 I certainly wouldn’t recommend taking photos of people’s houses!

Yes thats true, maybe not my brightest idea

Gonna throw out the steps which you may have done, just to cover everything/summarize the discussion.

First, report in game or in wayfarer for being located on private property (if it is in fact a single family home) if you haven’t.

If you have, wait for a response.

If you have a response of “your report was rejected”, then this is the place to be but you need to supply as much of the following information as possible:

  • Wayspot Title:
  • Location (lat/lon):
  • City:
  • Country:
  • Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
  • Additional Information (if any):

Looking at streetview, I’m not convinced it is at SFPRP, but also not convinced it was a legitimate nomination (I can’t find the tree in the picture).

I do note this wayspot is a gym, and only exists 1 month.

Also two wayspots at this location don’t match streetview:

One of these two wayspots was accepted today, so removing the gym, would allow one of these two wayspots to become a gym (and certainly one is misplaced)

Okay I will look into this thanks

They were also submitted recently so they won’t show up on maps
