Hey, my submission has been stuck in voting since about 5 days, I can’t upgrade it either. Other submissions I submitted a day before already got accepted without any problems. Never had something like this before.
So my question is why is the “upgrade” button not visible on that submission?
5 days does not seem like a lot.
Nominations that are not obvious Accept or Reject can take longer due to more people using “Skip”.

Are you sure it’s “In Voting” and not “Under Review” (staff)?

Do you have an upgrade available to use on your profile? Could you confirm with a screen snip showing you have one?
I do not have one right now, does that matter? Wouldn’t it show up still anyways?

The “Appeal” button does not show up if you don’t have an appeal to use.

We still don’t have a screenshot from the OP showing that the Upgrade button is missing.
I wonder if the upgrade button is missing then because the nomination has actually been decided already, or if it has gone into in house review? I guess staff will have to tell us.
5days is still normal. Depending on how many reviewer in your area and/or what you nominate (“easy” nomination can be reviewed faster) some nonination can take weeks in voting and that still considered normal. There might be other factor that we arent seeing here.
If you want faster review you need to earn upgrade by doing review.
