entendo agora que realmente está muito longe para ser considerado o local correto, mas minha duvida ainda fica, não foi me avisado sobre a localidade errada entao mantive como está , porém ao acordar hoje a suspensão foi de imediato , mesmo os avisos anteriores sendo de outras diretrizes (que não foram quebradas) dizendo que foram quebradas , exemplo: temporario/siginificado cultural/texto abusivo novamente reitero que nenhuma dessas contestações involveu o local propriamente dito sendo um problema.
Este é basicamente um apelo pois não imaginaria ficar sem jogar um jogo que tanto amo por um motivo tão simples , considerando que o pokestop ja foi negado a mais de semanas.
In most cases the 30 day ban is issued after a second mistake, most likely you did get a warning notice for a previous mistake in the last year.
The 30 ban is never done automatically, after a report of misplacement, it will be a manual investigation by real people, so it may take a while to receive the ban. You can appeal a ban, but in this case I don’t think staff made a mistake, so I don’t think the ban will be revoked. Please be really careful in the next year, as the next ban will probably be 10 years.
It will be hard for this appeal to be successful, because the submitted location is beneficial for gameplay. This is different than getting the location wrong when no other wayspots are nearby.
However, that is for you to negotiate with Scopely Explore in the DM.
Anything that is not on the POI is incorrect. The location for the church wayspot itself Igreja Assembleia De Deus 206 Sul, is actually incorrect, but that’s been there since 2013 so no-one will be penalised now.

I am sorry to hear this. Personally i got warning and suspension because of this s2 cells too.
You have 1 year redemption period where all your previous strike will be gone after 1 year of clean record. So i suggest you to play safe before deciding to use wayfarer because the next strike might be 90days suspension or more.

- Create a post in “Nomination Support” asking for advice on a potential nomination.
- Include all the info you plan on using, Main Photo, Up to 5 Supplemental Photos, Title, Description, Supplemental Info and Location (Long / Lat which can be got by right clicking in Google Maps).
- You will receive advice whether that is “It’s Good To Go”, “Needs Improvement” or “Bad Idea, Walk Away”.
This is the only place to get advice, Staff and Ambassadors read every post and will comment if someone post incorrect information. This does not happen in some other places.
