Im genuinely confused. A few weeks ago i went to this same exact forum to ask for information about the eligibility of directional trail markers painted in things such as trees, rocks and posts, and according to you guys it should be accepted. But recently, i’ve submitted 6 of these markers and 2 of them already were rejected for being “temporary or different”. I don’t think they should be rejected since theyre permanent because they’re a part of an official trail network in my city, but who knows.
I’ll be leaving the info that i used for the wayspot below.
This should be eligible but the painted markers are sometimes rejected by the community. Maybe they also rejected this specific one since the x technically means “wrong direction/trail doesn’t pass continue this way”
Forget the “not this way” signs and concentrate on the actual trail markers.
Resubmit and appeal only if you keep getting rejected.
Since you find these hard to get accepted, I would create multiple submissions and put the rest on hold - doing this once is quicker than doing them one at a time later.
