Hello MOD EDIT I am unable to log into my wayfarer account. I just started it on Sunday, and it was all working well. For the two days, every time I log in it says that the account doesn’t exist. I know that’s not true though. I need help to resolve this issue, so I can enjoy using wayfarer again. I use it for Pokémon Go specifically. Thanks!

Is it possible to share some screenshot? You can cover any personal detail.

Can you check if the email linked in pogo is the same as your wayfarer email?

I use the connection with Facebook. Same email for Facebook and Pokémon Go.

This is what happen few days ago.

I believe its because your pogo didnt link to google/facebook/apple

Hey @310namg ,

I see that your account is only connected to the PTC login method. You cannot use the PTC login method to access Wayfarer. You can only log in to Wayfarer using Google, Facebook, or Apple login methods.

Since this account is not connected to any of these login methods, you will first need to connect your account to any of these login methods and use that to access Wayfarer.

There is a low-level account to this email through the Google login method. That is why you are unable to connect it. You can read more about it here: Linking an Additional Login Provider to your Account — Pokémon GO Help Center

Please reach out to in-game support if you need further help connecting your game account to any of the aforementioned login methods.

Every time I try to link it to either the Facebook or google one these are the messages that I get. I’m not sure how I can check one of the bubbles unless I can get through this screen.

My Facebook was also apparently compromised around the same time as the issue. I changed the password once I found out. Could that have played a role? It was working fine on Sunday.
