I’m running on android OS, galaxy S21+. The past few pokestops I’ve tried to submit are glitched. This started in July. I can immediately upload the surrounding area photos without issue. However, the photos of the spots themselves just give me a spinning ball and don’t upload. Please help.
Is this when you are submitting through the pogo app?
You can now submit through the wayfarer website and it is a much smoother experience. You can even make a draft at the location and then edit and submit it whenever and wherever you happen to be.
I have only ever submitted through the website. All the spinning balls and errors have come through there.

This may happen if you’re not connected to a strong network or if the image size is too large. You can try submitting the Wayfarer Map as suggested by @niktero . Let me know if the issue persists.

I’m on a Samsung which is roughly from the same generation as your phone and I have no issues at all using Firefox Browser for Wayfarer. It might be worth considering another browser and if you use a content/adblocker, it might be worth a try to turn those off.
