There are lots of ways to report. The map report does not let you send a photo, but the in game report does. Or you can use either of the reporting forms listed at the top.
There are also two reporting forms linked at the top of the forum that can be used without going to the Wayfarer site. I find it better to use the form when I have several to report in the one area.

The one under “Wayspot Removals” is sometimes called the property owner form, and can be used for modifications as well as removals. The form rarely matches what I am trying to do, but we have been told to just select anything , then explain the issue in the text box. If the acknowledgement email that the report was received asks for your “credentials,” just ignore it. A staff member will reply. The link to that one is: Reporting a Wayspot — Wayfarer Help Center
The one under “Reporting Abuse” is my choice when there are multiple abusive Wayspots to report in an area. It is straightforward to use, and also generates an email chain. Here is that link: Reporting Abuse in Wayfarer — Wayfarer Help Center
