Decision Emails Not Being Sent

Anybody else experiencing this? I haven’t received a decision email in the past 6 hours, but I can see on the map 4 new acceptances in the time.

Also no “thanks for submitting” emails. I’ve made over a dozen in the last 2 hours and they are on my nominations page but no emails.

Oh! I did get emails today from notices@wayfarer.nianticlabs.com to acknowledge submission of a description edit, and a submission and approval of a photo add, but I did not get acknowledgement emails for the three new nominations I made.

I checked my spam folder and found a “Scopely Explore Support” email acknowledging an addition to a report I had made from a couple of days ago, but not emails for today’s contributions. They are showing correctly on my contributions page.

Also did a map report that I believe successfully submitted that I did not get an email for. Then I used the Abuse reporting form for another issue and did get an email for that from the support@scopelyexplore.mail.helpshift.com address.

I was just coming here about this. I had two wayspots accepted within the last 8 hours (it’s 7am for me, I had last checked my contributions at 11 last night), no emails.

I am one of the people who doesn’t get the monthly report emails so I was thinking it was an expansion of that problem, and was going to post in that thread but found this first.

My last emailed acceptance was on the second (these two are the only ones I submitted after that), if that helps.

Same here. Per my contributions list, two wayspots accepted since yesterday, but no notice emails. Grateful ScopelyExpAaron is already tracking on this.

Hi, I just submitted a wayspot and did not get an email. We will also not get any emails for the ones that didn’t get sent out earlier, correct?

Edit: They went to junk bc it was so many emails at the same time
