When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:
- Wayspot Title: Bees on Flowers
- Location (lat/lon): 22.569527,88.411330
- City: Kolkata
- Country: India
- Screenshot of the Rejection Email (do not include your personal information):
- Additional Information (if any): Some people are deliberately trying to remove gym from my locality especially EX raid gyms. We made a cluster of gym so that legit trainers can do raids and get daily pokecoins easily. We tried to increase the interest of people with different age groups but unfortunately due to lack of gyms trainers are getting demotivated.
- We are earnestly requesting to you to restore the above mentioned ex raid gym.
- GMap: Google Maps
Since this is not showing on streetview, you will almost certainly need to provide evidence that this exists here and that it has not been removed, so old photos will not help.
I notice that you have 7, 3, 4 and 5 gyms in the four cells surrounding this location since you have locations from the Community Ambassador Program, so as you have a lot more gyms than most locations would have, it is unlikely that people would be abandoning the game because there isn’t enough to do.
As I can see it is clearly showing in gmap 360 view, if you still need videos I will give it to you.
And you telling the area is under community ambassador program it is true but it does not mean anyone can place false report and remove gyms whenever they want.
I am requesting one more time we have made a cluster of gym in a particular place to grow the community and all gyms of s2 cell are gathered in the place due to the same reason.
Please donot demotivate the legit trainers and please take actions whoever doing this.
Thankyou.
Can you post the URL for that? On streetview, there is a share button/icon.
I can share gamp link now. If you want video I can send it on Monday.
Also attaching some recent photos.

I can’t really see it at google maps. I do see that someone added these pictures to this location two weeks ago, but I just don’t see it myself
and the coordinates do not match:
You should watch it closely, this location is slightly left side from the real location but still in the 360 view.
Sharing ss from your posted gmap link step by step so that you can understand.
Please provide the URL for the last streetview image you posted. Just share the streetview!

I am not asking for location accuracy this kind of 50-100 Miter location fluctuations is normal event in 2026, it is an old gym. My request was to restore the gym we lost. Any person can see the sculpture if he is standing near the gym.
The first thing to worry about is “does this exist” - share the streetview URLs to assist with this.
The second thing to worry about is the location. 50-100m inaccuracy is massive and it will not be restored to its old location if it does exist.
Please see, the stadium is also showing in the background. I don’t what evidence should I give to you but never faced this kind of issue before.
Thank you for the URL, that is excellent evidence that this exists.
However … it is not safely accessible!
Sir, when will we get the gym back?
Please note that staff here who can make the final decision will have user names beginning with “ScopelyExp”. Staff will have had evidence that it should be removed before removing a Wayspot. Members who comment here are pointing out issues you should address for this appeal, but the decision will come from staff.
As @salixsorbus says, this doesn’t meet the criteria for safe pedestrian access, which is probably why it was reported and removed.
For something to have safe pedestrian access, you need to be able to walk up to it and be within touching distance of it. This is on the median of what looks to be a major road, and there’s no marked crossing point to where the object is, so by the wayfarer guidelines it wouldn’t meet the safely accessible requirement.
Unfortunately you won’t. It was correctly reported for having unsafe access. It is a remarkable feature to find in the median strip of a busy highway, but it is clearly only there to look at from a distance.
Wayspot removal reports are easier to make now because they can be done from the wayfarer map. They are still reviewed by Scopely Explore staff.
But the location is completely safe, it is not reported for safety issues as you can see total 4 gyms are removed from locality as we ban some spoofers from our community. If it happens like this then trainers will not support us for the removal of spoofers.
It isn’t.
The middle of this highway is not a safe space for pedestrians. It is impossible to argue otherwise with any validity.
It isn’t possible to see that 4 gyms have been removed, since we cannot see gyms that have been removed.
This does leave you with just as many gyms as you already had, since when a gym is removed, Pokemon Go recalculates and picks another one (assuming there are enough wayspots, which is definitely the case here). You also have extra gyms through the Community Ambassador Program, so complaining that you don’t have enough gyms is unjustified.
