Hey Guys. I have an issues with the wayfarer Support. I submitted a Ticket that got the number NA ( in my opinion its Not available) ON october 19th and since then nothing has happened. Neither i got a Response neither It got closed. Even typing in IT Makes nothing. I reach Out to the Pogo ingame Support but nothing has changed. Does anyone know how to solve that ? Thank u in advance.

I had one of those, staff replied on the forum with the correct ticket number.
It was still going through the system.
Please Note that the help chat is slow at the moment due to a massive backlog, my last 1 took 3 weeks to get a reply.

I don’t know who marked this solved, but if it was the OP, I would recommend removing that check mark until staff have replied.

Thank U very much. I dont know what and how IT happened but IT worked since Yesterday again. I really have No idea what caused IT or how IT got solved. Thank you for the time to Look at my Problem.
