[Sync Issue] Approved Wayspot not appearing in Pokémon GO

So on the 12th of august I nominated two poke stops and on the 16th one got accepted and on the 17th the 2 one got accepted and on the email that they send it says that it takes max 48 hours to update but I have waited for a week, so I would really like that they would accept it and put it in game

You will not get a gym there as there are already the maximum number of community-submitted gyms (three) in the area containing those wayspots. 2 at the lower left; 1 at the top left.

The only way would be if one of the wayspots that is a gym in Pokemon Go was removed because it no longer exists, meaning one of the other 17+ pokestops would be converted to a gym, giving you a 20-25% chance along this section of road.

It’s not impossible, but I wouldn’t place any hope on that happening.

Wayspots can only be moved when the current location is incorrect - wayfarer is game agnostic and does not “care” whether Pokemon Go uses specific wayspots.

Attempting to move a wayspot solely for game purposes can be considered abuse and risks a sanction on both your wayfarer and game accounts. It is best not to attempt this.
